By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Services Offered

JLee Maids LLC provides commercial cleaning services for small businesses (900 sq. ft. and under) in Jacksonville, FL. Services are offered as:

• Recurring commercial cleaning (weekly, monthly)

• One-time deep cleans

We do not offer post-construction cleaning services.

 

Service Hours

Cleaning appointments are available:

• Monday–Friday: 5 PM to 11 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: Reserved for handyman services (not part of JLee Maids LLC)

 

Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Payment is due before or on the day of service unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

• We accept payments via secure methods (credit/debit cards, invoicing systems).

• Recurring services are billed per visit, not monthly lump sum.

Flat Rates:

• $300 per standard clean

• $250 per weekly clean

• $300 per monthly clean

• $450 for one-time deep cleans

Discounted rates apply to clients who commit to a weekly plan.

 

Late Payment Policy

• Payments not received within 48 hours after service will incur a $25 late fee.

• Continued late payments may result in suspended or terminated services.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

• No-shows or inability to access the property at the scheduled time will also be treated as a late cancellation.

 

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the facility at the scheduled time.

• Secure or remove valuable or sensitive items prior to the appointment.

• Notify us of any hazards, sensitive equipment, or special cleaning requirements.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns.

 

Liability Disclaimer

JLee Maids LLC is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

• Items not secured or disclosed as fragile/sensitive.

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from service delays or access issues.

 

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion due to:

• Non-payment

• Unsafe working conditions

• Repeated cancellations or schedule disruptions

 

Changes to Terms

JLee Maids LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
