Cancellations

Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with no charge.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds

Service Issues: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed job. We will assess the issue and may offer a re-clean or partial/full refund based on the circumstances.

No-Shows: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time and no notice was provided, you will be charged the full service fee.
